Notes for Visitors:

1. Visitors to the MEC (Melways 86 C9) will have access to the displays, projectors and screens, some local interest educational DVD’s, and the general ground floor building facilities (toilets, showers).
2. Costs are $2.50, (GST exempt), per head, payable 7 days on receipt of invoice from Marine Care Ricketts Point Inc. ($50 group minimum charge)
3. Visitors to the BLSC Function room will have access as advised by the Beaumaris Life Saving Club.
4. Visitors are required to remove any waste and return the MEC furniture, etc to its original position on departure.
5. Visitors can see the current bookings availability status from the booking calendar option on this page.
6. An email confirming bookings have been processed OK, will follow a booking. 
7. While most visiting groups are self sufficient, on occasion MCRP can also supply a tour leader if requested. As we are a volunteer organisation however, this is not always possible.
8. Marine Care Ricketts Point (MCRP) will arrange for the opening and closing of the MEC  on the basis of your booking times details.
