 ## proposed new activities

Volunteering:  For new activities to commence, we need to have volunteers who would be prepared to lead particualr events, such as starting up a fossil observation activity.   We are prepared to support and train people in activities also, for example; being an assistant leader to the snorkelling group or to the Beach Patrol group.  If you would like to be involved in any of these activities please contact any of the Committee Members directly or This email address is being protected from spambots. Past Events
Thank you to all who came this morning!

It was chilly but the die hards all came willing to snorkel!  However due to formal E. coli level warnings for local waters, we decided to opt for an informative talk and walk along the beach given by Ray Lewis. He covered many aspects of interesting aboriginal heritage, natural history, local ecology, rock pools and fossils. Thanks Ray!

Mother Natural turned on a beautiful rainbow over the Bay for us!

Then of course we topped it of with a warming hot drink!

Cool idea to warm the cockles of your heart - Winter solstice snorkel at Ricketts Point Saturday 25 June!

Last year we had a snorkel on the Saturday closest to the Winter Solstice, and despite misgivings as to temperature, it turned out to be a success.

Apre dive coffee/tea/soup has never tasted better!

We propose a similar casual snorkel on Saturday 25 June at 9.30 am, off the disabled ramp area, for perhaps half an hour.

With bit of luck this character building event will be blown out by the weather, and it will be straight to the Tea House with a clear conscience...

See a shot from last year below :)   We look forward to seeing you all there! :)

You are cordially invited to celebrate World Ocean's Day with us next Wednesday 08 June 2016!

Come along for a beach clean up and then a delicious hot drink to warm up and be social afterwards!

Feel free to forward on to others, and bring your friends and family for this wonderful environmental event to preserve your beautiful sanctuary!
